The TRAINING MINISTRY is the heart of Child Evangelism Fellowship everywhere
it works. It supplies lifeline support to churches and individuals for the purpose of
reaching more children effectively. The simplest of the training courses have
challenged many of God’s people to be involved in the greatest and neediest
mission field - the child- ren. We believe that God can utilize anyone available
and equipped for the Master’s use.
TEACHER TRAINING CLASS
This course offers practical lessons and ideas for teaching children.
Held for 2 to 2 1/2 hours a week during the school year, its primary purpose
is to train CEF volunteer teachers and to encourage them to participate in
teaching Good News Club.
PARTY CLUB SEMINAR
This half-day or whole day seminar is designed to help teachers reach
children in their neighborhood during special occasions likeChristmas,
Valentine, Easter, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, and others.

TEACHING CHILDREN EFFECTIVELY (TCE)
A two-leveled intensive training for children’s workers:
Level 1 (30 hours) equips Christians to evangelize children in the open air and through the Good News Class program.
Level 2 (30 hours) trains Christians to guide saved children in a systematic process of spiritual growth.
CHRISTIAN YOUTH IN ACTION (CYIA)
Conducted at the start of summer, students receive an intensive training to prepare them for summer ministries. Their practicum is a week of deployment to provinces to reach children through 5-Day Clubs*.
*an hour of Bible teaching for five consecutive days in parks, backyards, beaches, barangay halls where children can go to freely.
INSTRUCTORS OF TEACHERS (IOT) LEVEL 1, 2
Designed to instruct trainors to teach Teaching Children Effectively (TCE) level courses.
Level 1 (60 hours) is designed on training other teachers to teach Teaching Children Effectively Level 1.
Level 2 (60 hours) is focused to prepare volunteers and full-time CEF instructors to train others teach Teaching Children Effectively Level 2.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING INSTITUTE (LTI)
An in-depth three-month live-in training.
Phase 1 - Children Ministries
5 weeks is focused on training students to reach and teach children.
Phase 2 - Teacher Training
4 weeks is designed to train student to train others.
Phase 3 - Leadership Development
3 weeks to equip CEF full-time or prospective workers on leadership level.
