The Mailbox Club/Prison ministry is a  special program  of CEF Philippines to reach out to  detained adults and juvenile delinquents,  including their families with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ  through  Bible correspondence. It is  unique in that  it seeks to minister to the entire family  separated by circumstances beyond their  control, in partnership with the local church.

Correspondence lessons will be distributed and collected door-to-door to save on  postages especially on the part of  the enrollees.   Eventually, contacts will  be  turned over to  the nearest Bible believing church  for follow up.

This year, we aim to  minister to  1,000 adult prisoners;  500 juvenile delinquents;  and  250  prisoners' kids.  This is to be achieved  through  jail visitation and  distribution of Bible Correspondence Course  in prisoner's homes, during evangelistic meetings and in  discipleship classes.

Because the call of God  never change, the Mailbox Club/Prison ministry also seeks to enroll   non-prisoner adults and  their children nationwide. Indeed,   hundreds  of children die   every day with most of them  spending  eternity  in hell because they die  without Christ.

TODAY, is the day of salvation " For He says, at the accepted time I listened to you, and on the day of salvation I helped you; behold now is the accepted time, behold, now is the day of salvation". 2 Corinthians 6:2 (KJV)

Will  you care about these children?  You can  get involved now through your prayers:

  • Pray that the Lord will  call volunteer workers to help with evangelistic meetings and follow-up work;

  • For BJMP to allow  detainees to be enrolled in the Mailbox Correspondence;

  • For the prisoners to  be willing to provide us with their home addresses so we can visit their families;

  • And for needed prayer and financial supporters.
