Pray that the national board will be filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all spiritual understanding  as they provide leadership for  the ministry.

NATIONAL DIRECTOR  -  Rev Joel Indico
Pray for a refreshing sabbatical leave for  Pastor Joel Indico. Pray, too,  as he  seeks  the Lord’s mind  for the ministry’s direction  for the years  2010-2017.  

OFFICER-IN-CHARGE  -  Ms Mila Jucutan
Pray for God’s choice of staff to fill in vacancies at the national office. Pray for wisdom for Miss Mila Jucutan as she attends to the many concerns of the ministry.

TRAINING MINISTRY DEPARTMENT -  Chona Alano
Praise God for the Summer Outreach Trainings (SOT) and Teaching Children Effectively™ (TCE™) Level 1 courses  which equipped volunteers to conduct   5-Day Clubs® and Good News Clubs® (GNC™).  Pray for the Instructor Of Teachers (IOT) 2 course in Mindanao on July 13-24 and the Leadership Training Institute (LTI) which is starting on August 3. Pray for God-sent students, and for wisdom and strength for the faculty.

LITERATURE MINISTRY – Lani Gregorio
Pray for availability of  a  storage space for the shipment  from the Specialized Book Ministry which is expected to arrive soon. Pray for its safe arrival, including some other Boxes of Books materials from the International Headquarters.   Pray for funds to print several lesson materials this year.

SARANGANI - Marilou Tolentino
Pray  for the teachers’ convention dubbed, “Catching the Future Through Children”  to be held this July 10.  Pray especially for good health of speaker, Miss Jan Johnson, Asia Pacific Regional Director of Education. Pray for workers Marilou Tolentino, Ann Molong, Jannet Amarille, Joy Tolentino and Mae Ampo. Pray for the need of an LCD projector.

General Santos City - Imelda Cawayan
Pray for the weekly Teachers Training Class (TTC) scheduled this  July to September, that many  students will attend and start GNCs. Pray for  new volunteer teachers  for Elementary School Evangelistic Campaign (ESEC) and Elementary School Values Education Classes (ESVEC).

NCR MAIN  - Olive Odasco
Pray for the needed permit from the DepEd and favor from school administrators to be able to conduct our  school ministries. Pray for God’s choice of students  to attend  the LTI;   God’s timing  to relocate the office;  and provision of a laptop computer.

Children’s Ministry – Maria Mae Catarongan
Praise God for 16  children who attended the “Young Ambassadors for Christ” training camp, the second level of the ladderized training for children. Pray for wisdom as Mae prepares the curriculum for the third level,  the “Young Soldiers for Christ” training. Pray  those who went  through the first two  levels will zealously reach out to their fellow children and be  involved in  the  Mr “O Day“ open air evangelism on July 18.

ILOCOS NORTE – Jonathan Endencia
Pray for the ESEC which started in June  to continue up to  August, with the goal  to reach children  in every elementary school in the entire  province.   Pray for a needed   laptop computer, printer and digital camera.

IFUGAO -  Emilia Hanape
Pray that God will cause  CEF trained teachers to work double time for the evangelization and discipleship of the children.  Pray  the Lord of the harvest will send workers and call men and women to join as   committee members. 

SURIGAO DEL NORTE  -  Rosemarie Yap
Pray for the ongoing  ESEC in four  Dinagat towns to result in the salvation of many children. Pray  for  Diana Panes and Mercy Recinto who will undergo the Short Term Institute for Leaders (STIL) in August to prepare them for the task of opening a  new  area; and for  Pastor Joel Indico who will be teaching the two weeks module.

Elementary School Ministry (ESM) - Susan Serquiña
Pray for efficient coordination with the local churches in ESEC and ESVEC target areas.   Pray for positive response of the children to the Gospel; and for more volunteers to commit in their follow-up through the ESVEC. Pray  for  wisdom, traveling mercy, divine protection, good health  and provisions for the ESEC team.

RIZAL 2 – Jhon Michael Daño
Pray as the  committee chairman secures permission from the DepEd to do  the values  classes in the schools.   Pray for  more trainings to be conducted; and for more volunteers to be recruited.  Pray for the physical and spiritual  health of worker, Jhon Michael.

NEGROS OCCIDENTAL (BACOLOD) - Lina Ausente
Pray for the issuance of a permit from the DepEd to  hold ESVEC this  year.  Ask God for additional ESVEC volunteers; and for the  schools to see the value of this  program,  allowing us  the opportunity to come in and do these classes.

NCR SOUTH -  Elenita (Net) Rosete
Pray that  school administrators  in Las Piñas, Pasay and Bacoor will approve an earlier request to hold ESEC in their schools. Pray  more  teachers will help in  these evangelistic campaign; and that  teaching materials and other  needs would be supplied. Pray for good health, protection and guidance for the committee and staff; and financial provision for  two   workers who  will be attending  the LTI. Pray for the leadership of  Net Rosete.

BATANGAS 1 - Filipinas  Galvan
Pray for  permission  from the DepEd to hold  ESEC and ESVEC in Batangas City and Mindoro.  Pray for God’s choice of  additional  members to serve in the local committee and  those who will make up the regional committee.Pray for the plan to start CEF in Mindoro Occidental. Pray for  Lilian Evangelio, a cancer survivor who has committed to serve God through the children.

LEYTE  - Regie Tacata
Praises for a  successful “Dinner  for a Cause” held last April;  for 24 teachers trained, and the many children reached last summer. Pray for the spiritual growth of these children; and  release of  DepEd permit for ESVEC.  Pray for  fulltime  workers for Maasin, Ormoc and Biliran  and  at least two  fulltime staff for Tacloban.  Pray for  a laptop need.

ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE  1 - Jean Abonales
Pray for ongoing God-Man film shows  in the communities and elementary schools. Pray for the Ministry Partners’ Dinner Fellowship this August 8 to result in new prayer and financial partners, committee members,  fulltime staff and  volunteer workers.

ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE 2 (LILOY) – Jean  Abonales
Continue to pray for a fulltime staff for Liloy; an office space and staff house. Ask the Lord to raise up  eight members to make up  the  committee, and an  in-charge for the God-Man Film ministry.  Pray for the discipleship programs to be instrumental in many changed  lives.

Pray for the ESVEC program to be received in  public elementary schools where we have not been  before. Pray for favor from the school  principals; and for new ESVEC volunteer teachers.

Bohol 2 - Lilia Gran
Pray for  16  teachers  recently trained  to be used mightily of God to reach the children. Pray for new volunteers and God’s blessings on the on-going film shows, and ESEC/ESVEC in   different barangays. Pray for a laptop computer; and financial support  of  the worker.

DAVAO 1 -  Norma Hindap
Pray for Janet Anima (ESVEC department head) as she secures permit  from the  DepEd and recruits ESVEC volunteers. Pray for the ESVEC Certification Training  and  the needed sponsors for volunteers’ transportation allowance. Pray for Mhe Amor Roma (bookkeeper) and for Janet Anima and Luz Jatico (LTI candidates). Pray for additional financial partners, committee members, prayer partners, fulltime staff and  volunteers for the area. Pray for God’s blessings on  promotional efforts this month; financial provision and good health of worker, Jean Abonales.  Pray for God’s  timing to  launch the lot and building project.

LAGUNA (SINILOAN) - Alona Morilla
Pray for this year’s goals to be realized:  40,000 children to be reached, enlist 50 volunteers and conduct 70 values education classes. Ask God for committee members who will be faithful to their call.  Pray for  a need of a  laptop computer and other office  fixtures.

Zamboanga del Sur  - Prescy Tadlas
Pray that our evangelistic efforts through ESEC and film shows will yield a bountiful harvest; and for many to  commit to teach ESVEC and GNCs.  Pray for churches to partner with us in these endeavors; and for  the present staff and  partners to remain steadfast, always abounding in the work of the Lord.Pray for the four million peso fund raising project towards the construction of  a training center and a laptop computer to be provided.

Praise God for a new office space and motorcycle.  Pray for protection  as Precy moves around in her motorcycle reaching out to the  children. Pray also for new committee members to join; and supply of  more  lending library materials.

Pray for wisdom and favor as Joey promotes the CEF Center to  individuals and organizational groups and get them interested to utilize our facility. Pray for good team work between Joey and  two other Center staff.

Pray for the plan to  reorganize the committee; and for the evangelistic  activities in Bacolor, San Luis, Sta. Ana and Candaba. Pray for wisdom, physical and spiritual strength for Mike and Marissa Viray; and the need for  more volunteers and ministry partners.

Bohol 1 - Rizza Rapista
Pray for God’s guidance as Rizza scouts for an ideal office  location. Pray for more  ESEC volunteers; and availability of transport  and finances to allow this project to  push through.

NCR MANDALUYONG/SAN JUAN  - Virgie Bacnis
Pray for fruitful ministry in the schools and for more openings for  ESEC and ESVEC.  Pray for teacher trainings in different churches every second Saturday of the month; the church promotions and recruitment efforts to  enlist committee members, volunteer teachers, prayer and share partners. AGUSAN DEL NORTE –  Jimmy Cortez
Pray for God’s blessings on several scheduled church promotions and  ESEC in  RTR, Tubay and Magallanes. Pray for the opening of  a  work in Agusan del Sur;   wisdom for  the committee and workers, GNC and ESVEC volunteers.  Pray for financial provisions for the general fund and workers’ support.  Pray for Loi as she resumes her ministry with CEF after taking four months of  sabbatical leave.

Pray for more Christians to participate in the evangelism and discipleship of the children. Pray for more schools to open for our school ministries; and for the churches to see how they can involve in this outreach to the children.

WESTERN PANGASINAN - Dharwen Camba
Pray for needed transport and manpower  to conduct  ESEC this school year. Pray for the leadership of the committee; and for  a good reporting system for lending library users. Pray for the recruitment of volunteers, and other support team members.

NORTHWESTERN LUZON REGION - Nancy Castro
Pray for the Lord’s provision of  the region’s monthly budget of P20,000. Pray for the plan to organize local committees  for  Tarlac and La Union; and  recruitment of  volunteers and workers for the region.

Pray for protection as our workers   share the gospel to children in  M communities. Pray for safekeeping of M children who have professed to receive Jesus Christ as their  Savior. Pray for active participation  of the local committee  in  promoting the work; and for God’s direction regarding its  reorganization. Pray for the salvation of more children; the peace and order situation in the area; and the need for more staff members.

Davao del Norte (TAGUM)- Brigilda Bacong
Pray that the monthly Children’s Rally in Dujali, Tuganay, Anibongan and San Isidro and the Inter-Kids Sports Festival on September 26 will yield significant results.  Pray for good weather, anointing and good health for the speaker. Pray for the ESEC in Kapalong and Comval to be held sometime this school  year.

ZAMBOANGA CITY/BASILAN - Cristina Alabata
Pray for the Lord’s  outpouring blessings on the 17th anniversary set for September 19.   Pray for a Teacher Training Seminar in Jolo; the spiritual growth of children attending a GNC  in Basilan; and protection of the committee, staff and volunteers as they faithfully conduct their ministries.

BULACAN 2 –  Arlene Garcia
Pray for on-going ESVEC and  ESEC in Baliuag, San Miguel and San Ildefonso.  Pray for needed volunteer teachers and availability of teaching materials. Pray for a new office space, additional staff  and committee members. Pray for  a Dinner Fellowship being planned for this month.

Praise and pray for three  new GNCs that Thess is  conducting.  Pray for the one day Sunday School Teachers Seminar Workshop on September 12, that it will be well attended.

BATANGAS 3
Pray for  greater harvest this year with the opening of more doors  for ministry to children.  Pray for God’s choice of local area worker.

Central Pangasinan - Emily Ferrer
Pray  for the committee’s full support towards the work  and workers. Pray for more teachers to volunteer for GNCs; and for those  who attended the Young Witnesses for Christ and Young Ambassadors for Christ training camps to be used mightily to evangelize many children.

NORTH COTABATO 2 (MIDSAYAP) - Julie Cawayan
Pray for the newly elected  officers and members of the committee and for God’s favor upon them as they help promote CEF in the churches. Pray for protection of worker, Julie Cawayan and her need for more volunteers.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Pray for the new bookkeeper to adjust well with responsibilities in the department. Pray, Jehovah Jireh will  supply  this  last  quarter’s ministry budget.

BULACAN 1 - Editha Castro
Pray as the worker and committee members join hands  to carry out their vision and goals for the year.  Pray for  immediate approval of ESVEC permit in three divisions in Bulacan; and the ESEC volunteers needed in Guiguinto, Bulacan.

MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL 1 - Abe Ababao
Pray that former ministry partners will renew their support for the recently re-opened CEF work in the area. Pray for the release of DepEd permit for evangelistic classes; and  the Gospel saturation  in all the elementary schools in  Ozamis. Pray  for the organization of the local committee and for God’s choice persons to make up its  officers and members.

MISAMIS ORIENTAL - Juliet  Pañales
Pray for the salvation and spiritual growth  of boys and girls who attended the 5-Day Clubs last summer. Pray for more laborers for Cagayan de Oro, Camiguin and Marawi. Ask for God’s wisdom for the committee as they make decisions to further God’s kingdom in this particular area.

Pray for God-Man film shows in Laoag, Pangasinan, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, Surigao, Dipolog and General Santos City. Pray for good weather during the shows and receptivity of the children, even adults  to the  Gospel.

Pray for  a vehicle for the God-Man Film ministry and for more volunteer teachers to be recruited.

LAGUNA (STA CRUZ) - Jojie Pestañas
Pray for open doors to effectively share the Gospel to  thousands of boys and girls.  Pray for  God-chosen people to make up the local  committee and volunteer teachers. Pray for good health and wisdom for the workers.

Praise God for the Leadership Training Institute (LTI) students who will be graduating this third week, and for His faithful provisions for their LTI fees. Pray their internship will be profitable for their future ministries.

Pray for the Dinner for a Cause, coinciding with CEF NCR South’s 7th year anniversary celebration on October 9, that it may result in new financial supporters and committee members. Pray for the singers and needed finances to record and reproduce this year’s Christmas Party Club songs on CD. Pray for ESVEC volunteers to continue to commit teaching this school year.

Pray for Mel as she seeks the Lord’s help for the resumption of the work in Koronadal, and as she leads CEF Cotabato region. Pray for provision for Ivy Abraham’s LTI Phase 3 needs; the Teachers Training Class (TTC) every Saturday; reorganization of CEF Koronadal committee; and success of the Concert for a Cause on November 20.

SOUTHERN TAGALOG 2 REGION– Jojie Pestañas
Pray for a stronger local committee for Rizal; and the organization of the local committee in Sta Cruz, Laguna. Pray for a committee orientation to be scheduled this October or November; and financial provision for the ministry.

Praise God for thousands of children reached through the ESEC last June and July. Intercede for the GNC teachers in Laoag City, Sarrat, Paoay, Solsona and Batac City as they regulary teach children, including the on-going ESVEC. Pray for Jonathan’s health and deputation efforts.

Pray for upcoming events: Children’s Missionary Conference and Children's Day in November; and the Christmas Party Clubs and Street Children Camp in December. Pray these will be a day of salvation for many children. Pray for financial provisions and the staff who will be involved. Pray, too, for the curriculum planning for the third level of the children's ladderized training.

DAVAO 1 - Norma Hindap
Pray for the churches’ positive response to the challenge of adopting ESVEC in nearby public schools, and recruitment of 186 ESVEC volunteers. Pray for trainings at the Kieth Williams Bible College starting this semester to equip students to teach ESVEC. Pray for a partnership with Christian College of South Asia to enlist students majoring in "Values Education" to teach ESVEC in both elementary and high schools. Pray for Mhe Amor Roma Buslatan, librarian and secretary.

NCR MAIN – Olive Odasco
Pray for the children’s crusade on October 24 to commemorate Children’s Month. Pray for needed volunteer teachers for ESVEC; the Christmas Workshops on the 2nd and 3rd week of November; and the leaders’ meeting, planning and goal setting for year 2010. Pray for a much needed service vehicle.

Pray for ongoing ESVEC and the 15 volunteer teachers from a seminary; the Christmas Workshop and Party Clubs in December, and for on-going ESEC with students from a Bible Baptist Church and seminary as volunteer teachers. Pray for wisdom for the workers and committee members.

Praise the Lord for Wina Agapay, new bookkeeper. Pray for her adjustment and familiarization with the new accounting system. Praise for financial provisions for the ministry, and pray for God’s supply for this last quarter’s budget.

Pray for the TCE 1 on October 26-30 and the 20 participants. Pray for additional committee members; and a rewarding result to fundraising efforts for the purchase of a computer and printer.

CEF CENTER  -Joey Sarcia
Pray for approval of the permit to construct a new building to serve as new offices for CEF; more opportunities to promote the Center facility; and provisions for its renovation.

NORTHWESTERN LUZON REGION  -Nancy Castro
Pray for Nancy who is on sabbatical leave, now studying at the Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary in Baguio. Pray for Mrs Janish Loagan (committee member) who is acting as ministry overseer in Nancy’s absence. Pray that the “Snack For a Cause” promotional will have a profitable outcome.

Pray for the spiritual growth of children who have received Jesus Christ as Savior. Pray for God’s care and protection over Julie and her volunteers who will be doing ESEC and ESVEC in M dominated schools. Praise God for the new office and for an active advisory council. Pray for new worker, Vangie Sanchez and the Book of Hope distribution project.

Pray for the ESEC team schedules in San Pablo, Laguna this month. Pray for the team’s safety, good health and wisdom to maximize available manpower and resources to reach children in the elementary schools of San Pablo. Pray for another staff to be added to the ESEC team. Pray as well for the film ministry team as it ministers to children side by side with ESEC.

Pray for Mae as she finalizes the curriculum of the Young Soldiers for Christ (third level of the ladderized training for children). Pray for 16 children expected to complete this level on April 27 to May 1. Pray for the facilitators, too.

VALENCIA, BUKIDNON - Ranolfo (Ramil) Auza
Pray for renewal of the DepEd permit for the Elementary School Evangelistic Campaign (ESVEC); and for wisdom for the committee members as they provide guidance for the work in the area. Pray for financial provisions for Ramil to attend the National Conference.

Pray for ongoing ESVEC and Elementary School Evangelistic Campaign (ESEC) in San Rafael and Pulilan; and the TTS, in January and February. Pray for Edith’s National Conference needs. Pray for more churches to adopt our GNCs and ESVEC.  Pray for the Teacher Training Class (TTC) every Saturday, February to March.  Pray for wisdom, strength and good health for the staff and committee.

DAVAO 1 -  Norma Hindap
Pray for enabling for Norma’s leadership, for Rhea Roma (bookkeeper and secretary), Janet Anima (handling the ESVEC ministry), Luz Jatico (in charge of Children's Ministries) and Billy Estrada as she takes charge of the Training Department and the Teaching Children Effectively™ (TCE™) 1 in March.

Pray the film shows for the ESVEC closing program  will encourage children to live a Christian life.  Pray for active involvement  of the  committee  in the ministry, and for  new members who have a real burden for  children to join.

Pray for ESVEC Coordinators:  Mario Anima Jr, Pastor Remlani Nacario, Pastor Alexis Buslatan and Luz Jatico.  Pray for SOT preparations; and for right people to be trained who will help in the Children’s Camps and 5-Day Clubs.
