  • For Local Area Directors/Coordinators and Regional Directors/Coordinators:

    All business meetings will be held at the CEF Center on Saturday, January 23. Please plan to arrive at least a day before this date. Kindly note the schedule of the meetings below:

    • Local Area Meeting 9:00 am
    • Regional Area Meeting 11:00 am
    • 2010 Planning & Goal Setting 2:00 pm
  • Multi-Media Presentations: We will be using the Windows Media Player for all video / audio presentations.

    • To prevent technical problems, we can not use cassette tapes for presentations. Please be guided accordingly.

  • Visuals for reports should be in PowerPoint or Movie format, saved on CD and handed in before or right after the opening ceremony.

    • Computer viruses thrive on USB flash drives. Infected files saved on flash drives may be deleted automatically by the computer’s anti virus. If this happens, you will lose your files.

  • Departure for Baguio Assembly time at the CEF Center is five o’clock in the morning sharp, January 25. Everyone is requested to be at the lobby with your

    luggage by this time. Bus Marshals will be at the counter to assist you. Names of delegates and their assigned busses will be posted at the lobby.

  • Busses leave for Baguio at six o’clock in the morning.
