            INCLUSION:

1. FREE USE of Conference Room (8 hours):  Fully air-conditioned; equipped with sound system, OHP, keyboard and white board.  Succeeding hours shall be charge at P75.00/hour.
2. FREE USE of Kitchen Area, stove & LPG, cutleries and utensils, refrigerator, freezer, and Dining Room that can seat 50 persons. Equipped with water dispenser.
3. FREE USE of the prayer room.
4. Extra person charge – P300.00 per person/night (regardless of the room type)
5. Children accompanied by parents (3-7 yrs old) 50% discount base on the actual rate.

LIVE OUT SEMINAR, TRAININGOR RETREAT:

1. P175.00 per person/day.
2. FREE USE of Conference Room, Dining Room and Kitchen (8 hours). Succeeding hours shall be charge at P75.00/hour.
3. Children accompanied by parents (3-7 yrs old) P90.00 per children/day.

BOOKING GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION 

A.   RESERVATION:

• Visit CEF Center office at L-2 B-26 Don Celso Tuazon Avenue, Vallet Golf and Country Club, Sumulong Highway, Antipolo City or call (02) 660-6062 or e-mail at center@cefphilippines.org for temporary reservation.
• A ten percent (10%) reservation fee is required to confirm. Five hundred Pesos (500.00) for less than 5 people. This is non refundable but deductible from the total charges upon billing.
• Confirmation should be done three weeks before the required date/dates of reservation.

B.   CANCELLATION OF RESERVATON:

• Cancellation must be made at least one week before the reserved date/dates. Reservation fee is  non refundable.

C.   CHANGED OF BNOOKING DATES:

• Notice should be given at least two (2) weeks prior to the original date either by phone call or text message subject to the availability of the facilities.

D.   BILLING/PAYMENTS: 

• Settlement of financial obligations of tenants will be paid one hour before the departure. A one percent (1%) of the total amount will be charged per day as penalty for delayed payment of account. Check payment in favor of Child Evangelism Fellowship.
